About the Role
As our Spa Manager you are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring a high standard of 5 star service, managing staff, and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the beauty industry.
Your Day-to-Day:
Greet guests warmly and guide them through their visit
Maintain the serene and polished presentation of the space
Manage and mentor a team of Head Spa Therapists and a Salon Coordinator
Ensure operational efficiency
Oversee stock management and product ordering
Roster management - create and manage the Therapist team roster
Work with head office to maximise sales strategy for the salon
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a customer-facing reception role, ideally in a salon, spa, or wellness environment
Experience managing a roster
Impeccable grooming and presentation
A calm, organised multitasker with incredible attention to detail
Strong customer service instincts and a genuine passion for wellness
Experience with Zenoti or Fresha is a bonus (but not essential)
Experience using Google docs including Google Sheets
